This building was constructed in 1914 and was in operation until the late 1980’s, at which time a substantial structural upgrade was performed to maintain the historic nature of the facility. Zymo-Genetics remodeled the building as a lab building. This project refreshed the lab spaces to the Fred Hutch Facility standards along with the open, collaborative lab environment. Lab space includes immunotherapy, tissue culture labs, and media preparation labs.
