They renamed the complex Children&#8217;s Research Institute and plan to occupy the space in a multi phased process over the next few years.<\/p>\n<p>Children&#8217;s wanted to team with solution oriented construction partners that had extensive Bio Tech\/Laboratory experience. Based on these requirements BN Builders was selected as the General Contractor and Prime Electric as their Design Assist electrical partner. Prime provided design assist services in support of AEI, the electrical engineer of record.
