On the first floor of the 80,000sf building, Prime’s team completed the data center build out housing 18 pods for servers. The second floor included new office space for tenants, a Radio Room and a Radio Frequency Booth for testing future cellular devices. Lastly, the scope included the addition of a third floor for mechanical interstitial space. Constructing the third floor presented a challenge for the team as it was built in the middle of winter while project crews were starting scope on the first and second floors.
