The scope of work involved the complete interior demolition and renovation of the building to consolidate the manufacturing operations of Grifols Diagnostic Solutions. The operations previously spread out in various sites were moved into a single location. The renovation involved Biologics manufacturing, research laboratories, cleanrooms, associated warehousing, office space, maintenance and utility support. The scope of improvements also included the addition of platforms & canopies in the service yard and new mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.<\/p>\n

Prime Electric collaborated directly with Grifols to make this project a resounding success. The responsibility of design was taken over by Prime after the permit phase of the project. This decision was made to support the complex nature of the work and the aggressive schedule. Prime was able to quickly resolve design coordination issues for timely flow of information and documentation.
