Prime is working with Lease Crutcher Lewis to build Building Cure, a 13-story research facility dedicated to transformative therapies with immediate impact on saving lives. The building will include 345,000 square feet of research and office space, plus parking below-grade for 300 vehicles. The facility will also include areas for education including the Discovery Center Museum, a 225-seat auditorium, classrooms as well as a cafe, and a public park space. Prime’s scope on Building Cure includes both shell & core and TI build out of all electrical, UPS and generator back up power systems, voice\/data backbone, complete access control and video monitoring, fire alarm, and extensive AV systems. Prime is involved in every aspect of all of these builds starting with the preconstruction\/design assist, to complete 3D REVIT modelling, prefab, installation, and final commissioning. Our team is using extensive prefab for this project building including lab benches, multi-section electrical panels and all conduit to increase efficiencies and cut costs.<\/p>\n
