PRIME\u2019s Design\/Build delivery model requires us to work with clients to streamline the entire project, allowing some elements of the build to begin while design is progressing. This works because we:<\/p>\n
PRIME utilizes two approaches for Design\/Build, depending on the project. Either PRIME will complete all design and engineering work in-house with our professional design staff, or we will work with our engineering sub-partners to create the most efficient and productive construction documents for your project.<\/p>\n

All Design\/Build work is carefully planned and executed. Your Design\/Build team will include a highly qualified executive or project manager, as well as a foreman or superintendent-level craftsman. They work with the engineer and designer to review all documents for budget, schedule, performance and constructability considerations. In this manner we are able to design with intent, making sure the project can be built in the most efficient and productive manner.<\/p>\n
Additionally, we review all Design\/Build work for prefabrication opportunities, Virtual Construction Services (VCS) BIM\/detailing, and LEAN Construction efforts. This is another level of review and oversight focusing on creative opportunities for cost savings.<\/p>\n
