“I enjoy building systems that have a direct and meaningful impact. Over time, I found my passion in fire alarm systems because they play a critical role in life safety. There\u2019s something incredibly rewarding about taking a set of plans and turning them into a fully operational system that protects people and property. I also appreciate the problem-solving, coordination, and teamwork required in construction. Every project presents new challenges, and I\u2019ve always been motivated by environments where I can continue learning and improving.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
<\/em>“One of the most valuable lessons I\u2019ve learned in this role is the importance of accountability. Owning mistakes when they happen and shifting focus towards solutions. Setbacks are an inevitable part of managing projects, and navigating those challenges has helped me develop a more resilient and forward-thinking mindset<\/em>.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/span><\/p>\n
\u201cI make it a priority to ask questions and genuinely listen to the field team. Construction can be high\u2011pressure, and trust and morale make a meaningful difference. Since I\u2019m still relatively new to the industry, I\u2019m intentional about asking for clarification and ensuring we establish a clear path forward as a team. I\u2019ve learned that when you show respect, stay curious, and communicate clearly, it completely transforms the team dynamic in a positive way.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/span><\/p>\n
