To meet safety standards, seismic upgrades were implemented. Additionally, a 6th floor, two roof decks, and ADA improvements were incorporated. The Stoner Electric Group, a PRIME partner,\u00a0 played a vital role in this core & shell project, offering comprehensive design-build electrical and fire alarm services that adhered to the strict requirements of the Historic Landmarks Commission. The project involved the installation of entirely new electrical and fire alarm systems, including improvements under brick roadways. Architectural lighting was strategically added to accentuate the building\u2019s charming character.
